Quality Control
AquaPhoenix focuses on quality control. All of our reagent standards are NIST Traceable and our tolerances are printed on our labels. Starting materials are usually ACS grade or higher and all reagents have Certificate of Analysis available. The Induction Seals (like a Tylenol bottle) under our caps ensure product integrity while decreasing the possibility of leaking during shipment. As of March 2008, we are ISO 9001:2000 certified. We work very hard to provide the highest level of quality and service to our customers and our certification reflects that commitment.
