|Luke has been a Research Chemist at AquaPhoenix for the last 5 years, focusing on improving and developing water treatment products. Luke has recently transitioned into the position of Technical Support Specialist and is readily available to assist with all technical support needs. Luke’s responsibilities include troubleshooting test kits, developing custom product curves and testing reagents, and managing our new online technical chat service.

|Jeff has recently transitioned into the position of Key Account Manager for our Industrial and Cleaning and Sanitation divisions. His focus is on developing and quoting new products, in house sales, and assisting with technical inquiries and training. Jeff’s primary responsibilities include maintaining long term relationships with key accounts and ensuring that we exceed expectations with top notch customer service. Additionally Jeff interacts with our sales team and internal department managers on a daily basis to meet order deadlines and sales requirements.
