Our C.S.I. board (Concerns, Suggestions and Improvements), posted in the warehouse, allows for an open platform where employees share ideas to make improvements throughout the company. Employees are also involved in internal and external training and certification programs to strengthen their professional development.

We also encourage employees to be active in the local community in beyond. We sponsor events each year to spend time together as a team and to fundraise for a variety of groups.
