We attribute our continued success to our great team. We feel it’s important to assist our employees in their efforts to maximize their potential while encouraging them to “think outside the box” when seeking innovative solutions for our customers. We’ve created a climate that places a high value on teamwork, encouragement and communication. Our C.S.I. board (Concerns, Suggestions and Improvements), posted in the warehouse, allows for an open platform where employees share ideas to make improvements throughout the company. Employees are also involved in internal and external training and certification programs to strengthen their professional development.

Community commitment

Staying involved in, and giving back to our local community and beyond is also important to us. Each year we sponsor events where employees are able to enjoy time together both in and out of the workplace. We rally in support of the American Cancer Society, Hanover YWCA, Pure Water for the World and other causes. Employees work hard to fundraise money for a variety of events and every donation is matched, dollar for dollar, by the company. Additionally, we frequently work with local schools to provide tours, learning experiences and equipment donations in support of science education.
