How do I find a status of my order?

Here at AquaPhoenix we pride ourselves on customer service. We know that the status of your order is very important to you and your company.

There are two ways to find the status of your order:

  1. If you ordered on our eStore, you can find your order status online under your account here
  2. If you ordered through our customer service portal, over the phone or from one of our sales reps, you can fill out our customer service form and we will get back to you promptly.
