How can I sign up for a B2C eStore account?

All new estore B2C accounts will be for taxable purchases only. All new users have to create a B2C account before they can request B2B access.

I don’t have a Customer Account & I don’t have an eStore profile, what do I do?

1. Please click here: Create an Account. Please go through the few questions and be sure to use your business email address so we connect it to your account! Once complete you will move to converting to B2B.
2. Please navigate to our B2B eStore Questionairre, we tried to make it as painless as possible. This form captures all the information needed to set you up with an account. We will use this information to design your product labels, ship items to the right place, and get in touch with the right people.
3. Once your questionnaire has been received our team will review all your company information and setup your account within 3-4 business days.
4. When your account is created, you will receive a company account registration email with your customer account C#, terms information and much more.
5. You will then just look out for your acceptance email for your B2B account connection.

How Do You Source Your Products?

International

By sourcing products globally, we are able to import container load quantities at very competitive prices. Deliveries are made to our Hanover, Pennsylvania facility on a regular basis where we inspect and manage inventory. Each year, we schedule several international trips (India, China, etc.) to inspect facilities, spot-check production lines, confirm quality standards and ensure shipping timelines are being met.

Domestic

Where our international suppliers allow for bulk quantities, our domestic suppliers offer us the flexibility to procure small quantities quickly. Strong relationships with multiple suppliers increase our ability to source products for quick order processing and custom kit production.

Manufacturing

Our in-house manufacturing and fabrication capabilities provide additional flexibility to our customers. We manufacture a wide range of chemicals and test kits for the educational market and can fabricate custom components based on your individual needs and requirements.

We stock thousands of products to allow for same or next-day shipping to get you what you need fast. If you’re looking for a hard-to-find item let us source it through our network of suppliers. We can also set up custom stocking programs for you to improve lead times.

Do You Provide Fulfillment Services?

Many customers look to us to provide fulfillment services. With our modern, 192,000 ft2 climate-controlled facility, we have the capacity and expertise to excel in this role. We are passionate about our inventory control process and quick order turnaround times. We continually drive to improve both efficiency and reliability, resulting in accurate, timely delivery.

All hazardous materials are handled by our highly trained in-house staff and shipped according to HM-126F, Dangerous Goods Regulations. We work closely with UPS, Fed Ex, the US Postal Service and several nationwide trucking services to drop ship products to over 60 countries.
