Seller reserves the right to adjust shipping charges prior to shipment to reflect actual carrier rates, fuel surcharges, accessorial charges, or other transportation-related costs incurred. Any such adjustments will be reflected on the final invoice.
Shipping charges will be prepaid and added to the invoice unless a valid carrier account number is provided on the purchase order.
Motor freight shipments will be sent prepaid and added (PPA) unless otherwise arranged. A processing & handling fee applies to all collect shipments.

Many catalog items ship the same day the order is placed. Most stock or standard items ship within 2–3 business days of order receipt.
Non-standard items and larger orders will have shipment dates confirmed at the time of order based on product availability.
Certain products cannot ship via expedited air services due to regulatory restrictions.
3.5 Risk & Environmental Conditions
AquaPhoenix is not responsible for damage caused by adverse weather conditions, including freezing temperatures.
Customers are responsible for considering local environmental conditions and requesting temperature-controlled shipping when necessary.

4.5 Educational Kits
Custom kits are built to customer-provided specifications. AquaPhoenix only warrants conformity to those specifications and makes no guarantees regarding safety or fitness for use.
All products are intended for industrial, educational, and laboratory use only. They are not intended for food, drug, or household applications.
The customer assumes full responsibility for:
Customer agrees to indemnify and hold AquaPhoenix harmless from any claims, damages, or liabilities resulting from misuse, negligence, or unlawful use of products.
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to AquaPhoenix error.

THE WARRANTIES SET FORTH HEREIN ARE THE ONLY WARRANTIES PROVIDED BY AQUAPHOENIX. ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ARE DISCLAIMED.
NEITHER PARTY SHALL BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, REGARDLESS OF LEGAL THEORY.
