This testing method streamlines microbial quantitative indicator testing, confirming results in just 24 hours. When you purchase the Petrifilm™ plate product you need, it will come sample-ready for your convenience.
• ATP meters: AquaPhoenix offers a variety of ATP swabs, such as Hygiena EnSURE, for surface cleanliness verification. These surface tests are user-friendly and contain an all-in-one sampling test that produces results within 15 seconds.

Sanitizing

Sanitizing is a crucial part of quality control, cleaning all equipment, surfaces and containers that come into contact with your product. Our kits provide sanitization checks, preventing contamination and extending product shelf life.

• Titration kits and test strips: Titration kits and test strips verify sanitizer concentrations, such as for peracetic acid, chlorine or quats, for health and safety. We carry kits from trusted sanitation brands, including CHEMetrics and LaMotte.
• Oxidation-reduction potential (ORP) meters: ORP meters measure active sanitizer strength. Before cleaning surfaces or machines, test your sanitizer with these meters to ensure it is an effective solution for killing bacteria and other microorganisms.
• Colorimetric test kits: Colorimetric test kits are designed for on-the-spot chemical concentration validation. These quick tests offer almost immediate results in varying color intensity, related to the concentration of the chemical being tested.
• Sanitizer residue tests: Sanitizer residue tests confirm that no chemical residuals remain on surfaces or in product contact areas. Taking a few seconds to test work surfaces prevents unwanted chemicals from contaminating your dairy products.
