What type of eStore accounts are there?

By creating an account, you will be able to move through the checkout process faster, store multiple shipping addresses, view and track your orders in your account.

Basic Account / B2C / Credit Card Only You can sign up for your B2C account by clicking here.

This account will be able to purchase all the items below and some basic ordering options:

  • Purchase all items that are not regulated
  • All purchases are taxable
  • Pay via credit card during checkout
  • Save multiple ship-to addresses
  • Save multiple credit cards
  • Track Order Status & Shipments

Business Account / B2B / Terms Payments, Private Labeling & More

This estore user will be able to purchase all the items below and have some customer account options below:

  • Purchase all regulated & unregulated items
  • See all private labeled items
  • Price discounts associated with your customer account
  • Tax exempted purchases (if applicable to your account)
  • All purchases are ordered On-Account with PO relationships (Credit Card payments available upon request)
  • Track Order Status & Shipments
  • Save multiple ship-to addresses
  • Save multiple credit cards

How can I sign up for a B2C eStore account?

All new estore B2C accounts will be for taxable purchases only. All new users have to create a B2C account before they can request B2B access.

You can sign up for your B2C account by clicking here. Once you have registered your eStore account, you can start purchasing right away.

I don’t have a Customer Account & I don’t have an eStore profile, what do I do?

1. Please click here: Create an Account. Please go through the few questions and be sure to use your business email address so we connect it to your account! Once complete you will move to converting to B2B.
2. Please navigate to our B2B eStore Questionairre, we tried to make it as painless as possible. This form captures all the information needed to set you up with an account. We will use this information to design your product labels, ship items to the right place, and get in touch with the right people.
3. Once your questionnaire has been received our team will review all your company information and setup your account within 3-4 business days.
4. When your account is created, you will receive a company account registration email with your customer account C#, terms information and much more.
5. You will then just look out for your acceptance email for your B2B account connection.

I don’t have a Customer Account & I have an eStore profile, what do I do?

1. Please navigate to our B2B eStore Questionairre, we tried to make it as painless as possible. This form captures all the information needed to set you up with an account. We will use this information to design your product labels, ship items to the right place, and get in touch with the right people.
2. Once your questionnaire has been received our team will review all your company information and setup your account within 3-4 business days.

I have a Customer Account but I don’t have an eStore profile, what do I do?

If you do not have a B2C eStore user profile, please follow the following steps:

1. Please click here: Create an Account. Please go through the few questions and be sure to use your business email address so we connect it to your account! Once complete you will move to converting to B2B.
2. Please navigate to: B2B eStore Request and fill out the few questions contained on the form. Then just look out for your acceptance email!

I have a Customer Account and an eStore profile, what do I do?
